Lok type Pressure Reducing Regulators

DRA 700 Series is the economical B.A(Bright Annealed) model of pressure reducing regulator which is suitable to use for the hook-up line, bulk gas lines and high purity gases and realizes the optimal performance and cleaning. It is suitable to use at the semiconductor production line and internal surface is finished to the grade of B.A. Patent(10-0753280) applied locking plate system is also used to this model. You can select 2 ports,3 ports, 4 ports types as per each application. As Max Inlet pressure upto 3500 psig(241 bar) and outlet working pressure upto Max 250 psig (17 bar), you can select each model based on outlet pressure range. All the process assembly, welding, testing and cleaning of this DRA 700 series is carried out and thoroughly managed in the 100-class and 10-class clean room.

Drastar regulators are designed and manufactured for easier operation by equipping with the DRASTAR’s own developed “push and lock” type(patent number 1086199) handle that completely prevents the slight change of pre-set value that can be caused by the vibration from outside or minute vibration at the gas pipeline. you can prevent the slight-changing of pre-set value just by pushing the handle and reset the value freely by drawing the handle. This push and lock system has been created and applied patent for DRASTAR regulators.
